I was in the baking mood tonight and knew precisely what I wanted to make--peanut butter cookies. My husband convinced me to find a recipe for peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and I obliged his request. However, he later said he doesn't really love peanut butter cookies, so guess who will end up eating them all?
I just searched online for a recipe and found this one on a blog.
The dough seemed perfect and tasted really good.
The cookies came out a bit crumbly and I don't know why. Oh well, they still tasted fantastic with a big glass of skim milk.
I don't think there's enough flour in the recipe. Try adding an extra 1/4 cup and see what happens.
