Santa, I'd love a ghd flat iron for Christmas

I got my haircut this morning. My goal was to get my bangs a little shorter and not so heavy looking. I'd say that goal was achieved. :)

I always explain what I do and do not like about my hair to a stylist. My pet peeve is that my hair starts out smooth in the beginning of the day and gets frizzy by afternoon. Since I have slightly wavy hair, it tends to curl up around my face as the day goes on. My stylist recommended getting a nicer flat iron like a CHI or ghd. I didn't realize the ghd was so pricey and that's the one she said is best. I've heard that feedback from others too.

Oh what to do. Anyone know where I can get one on sale? I'll have to see if Ulta carries them and then I could use a 20% off coupon if that brand isn't excluded. The stylist I had also recommended checking TJ Maxx or Marshalls for CHI. If they had ghd, I'd be ecstatic.



I wish Santa could bring me a ghd for Christmas this year. ;) I think Santa really likes my hair smooth and pretty, but he also knows that I've been a costly girl in 2011 with many nice new items.

We're off to a lunch at my in-laws this afternoon. My parents and sister-in-law are joining us too. My dad has never seen my in-laws house and my mom has only been there once. I'm excited for cheesy potatoes and green beans!
