How was your weekend? I had to work until nearly midnight on Friday, so I was pretty out of it yesterday. On the agenda was lots of rest, yard work and laundry.
I was recently sent some teas from Andy at Plum Deluxe and enjoyed trying the Reading Nook blend over the weekend. I love that Andy started the company because his mom lost her battle with breast cancer and that she taught him the following:
"In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert's mind there are few." -Shunryu Suzuki. I've found that message to be really applicable lately.
Traditional Medicinals sent me. It didn't taste like green tea at all, so if you think you don't like green tea, try this brand!
Ok, I know this is going to come as a total shock to most of you, but I hadn't actually used a crock pot until today. I don't own one, so I had never cooked with one, it's as simple as that. I borrowed my mom's to try Carrie on Living's recommendation for cooking spaghetti squash.
Christkindlmarkt at Best Place in Milwaukee! I cannot wait!
