We got through the crazy year of 2020 and here is what our last week looked like.
Craig is the crouton eater in our house. I picked up a new-to-us vegan type so I could also try them out once in a while. They were tasty!
I picked up an avocado roll and tofu with mixed veggies for New Years Eve dinner from Hibachi Boy.
Pema went crazy when we brought it home. I think he thought it smelled like meat. No meat on mama's plate buddy!
I stepped away for one second and he started pushing the avocado roll container on the table. He is obsessed with avocados, but I think he just pushed the lightest thing he could find.
We had a hawk visiting our bird feeders. He was looking down at the juncos below him. I scared him away so he didn't grab one of them for lunch. Craig's random word for the year. You can watch Morgan's Instagram reel and take a random screen shot and that's your word.
The first book of 100 I am attempting to read in 2021. While I didn't want it to end, I read it in two days. The main character, Nora, was oddly very similar to me. I always find it sort of freaky when they are.

Both Pema and Shiva love this piece of tissue paper left over from Christmas. We can't throw it away because they like playing on it! The cats sure rule this house.
Shiva still loves sitting under our bookshelf and on the heater underneath.
Pema still loves snuggling next to us on the rocking chair. He sometimes stares up at both of us like he's in love.
