My workouts have been ok. I rested today and on Wednesday and went Monday, Tuesday and Thursday--doing weights, the elliptical, biking, walking on the track, etc. I also took more walks on breaks at work, which was motivated by the warmer weather and the new wellness program that tracks our daily steps.
Still no yoga this week. I wanted to go yesterday, but my stomach was so full from dinner by the time I should have left for class. I hope to get to yoga next week. Maybe I should get back into doing it at work so I pay for it and am forced to go. Or, I do have a yoga video to follow at home too.
How were your workouts this week?
I just saw another story about the yoga room at the airport...I think it's a great idea, and if I was travelling alone, I would totally go for it!
