Holiday Gift Guide for Wellness Geeks

Wondering what to get someone who loves all things wellness? Then check out my gift guide! I wish I had a fellow wellness geek to buy for or was receiving a few of these gifts myself (ahem, the fitbit force).

1. Fitbit Force Wireless Activity + Sleep Wristband* I love fitness gadgets like this one, especially because it also tracks your sleep patterns.

2. Tea like Traditional Medicinals wellness teas, which is perfect for winter time wellness! My other favorite tea is Yorkshire Gold.

3. A tea infuser* I purchased this adorable Owl Tea Infuser and Dip Tray at work the other day and I think it would make a great gift for the loose tea lover in your life.

4. I have these Sporti Antifog Optical Pro II prescription goggles and while I don't get in the pool that often, they're really nice to have when I do. I'm so blind without them since I can't wear my contact lenses in the pool!**

5. A gift card to a local running or sports store. My preference in the Milwaukee area is Performance Running Outfitters. I have purchased running shoes there in the past and had a good experience. They assess your gait by having you run on a treadmill and offer suggestions for what type of shoe to buy. I used to work in a small running store and prefer the smaller feel vs. a big fitness store.

6. A subscription to a beauty or wellness box, like Conscious Box or Birchbox. You can often purchase 3 months at a time, which would be a perfect length of time for someone to receive the box and see if they like the products. Everyone loves getting mail, especially new products to try!

  1. I used to think the monthly subscription boxes were a bad idea, but then I signed up for NatureBox and I love it! In fact, I was just checking when my next shipment is because the snacks are so good that they go fast in my house :)
