Thanks to the PR department at Blaze Pizza, Craig and I enjoyed having pizza for lunch at the new Blaze Pizza Bayshore location on Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was packed when we were there.
Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza is the nation's leading build-your-own pizza chain. They are also known for their freshly made salads, blood orange lemonade and s'more pies.
You can enter the restaurant from the exterior area of the mall, across from Collectivo Coffee or via the interior of the mall, across from Boston Store.
We built our own pizzas and found the process to be super easy and fun. We both thought it was great to choose from so many toppings. Craig added three types of meat. I opted to go without the tomato sauce this time and for a pesto drizzle on top at the end. I added mozzarella cheese, lots of vegetables and finished it off with some sea salt and oregano. I also loved the crust. It was delicious! About 5 minutes after that, our pizzas were ready to eat.
Craig likes that you can pick from so many sauces: classic red, spicy red, white cream, bbq sauce drizzle, pesto drizzle and olive oil drizzle.
If Craig and I liked the same pizza toppings, sharing one pizza for just under $8 would have been perfect. We both had leftovers.

I love Blaze and have been to their Brookfield location several times...despite not living in Wisconsin :) I've heard their Florida locations are coming soon!
