Podcasts I've Been Loving This Week

I keep discovering more and more podcasts to hoard on my poor iPhone. I find they are great for commuting and for listening to at work. Here are three that I added in the last week that I've been loving, so I wanted to share them with you!

I love to read and sometimes think I should have been a librarian. Anne Bogel's blog, Modern Mrs. Darcy, always provides great book recommendations, so it's only natural that she created a great podcast called "What Should I Read Next?"I'm doing a winter reading challenge through a local library and she's recommended some books that sound perfect for some of the categories on the list (I need to find a good mystery to read)!

If you're reading this blog, you probably know that I am a major health geek and you're probably one too. Gretchen Rubin's Happier podcast (also a major favorite of mine) had Mary Harris, the host of Only Human, on recently and that's how I found it.

What intrigued me most was a project she mentioned called Stick to It! I love studying why people decide to stick with healthy habits or ditch them. If you need help following through with your New Year's resolutions, check out this link, download the app and you'll also contribute to scientific research!
I saw the Minimalists when they were in town last summer and their message resonated with Craig and I. If you're looking to focus on keeping objects that bring you joy and paring down your possessions, you'll want to listen to this one.
Do you listen to Podcasts? If so, please include recommendations in the comments!
