Disclosure: Thanks to my ambassadorship with Sweat Pink, I was sent SmartyPants vitamins to review and giveaway in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
While I consider myself healthy, I've been going through a rough patch of feeling sluggish, sick with IBD symptoms and in turn, cranky. I feel like this in February and March almost every year, so I try to compensate with enough rest and by eating whole foods. I recently have been incorporating supplements into my diet on a daily basis. Adding SmartyPants vitamins into my routine has been easy. An added bonus is that they taste great and don't upset my stomach! I typically take them at breakfast every morning.
The women's complete features the following:
-15 essential nutrients plus wild-caught OMEGA 3 fish oil for brain health (Note: I don't consume fish as a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I am fine with getting Omega 3s this way in pill form)

-Vitamin K2 AS MK7 + VITAMIN D3 for bone health
-Antioxidant CoQ10 for energy metabolism and cardiovascular support
-Non-GMO. Allergen-free. No synthetic colors or flavors.
