Square Organics bars were recommended by @jenbenna on Instagram and I ordered them from Vitacost. They sounded delicious and exactly the type of protein bar I was looking for since I went vegan. Here are some benefits of the Chocolate Coated Mint bars:

Rishi tea is another favorite lately. I have had their Chai tea concentrate in the past and I love that. This Earl Grey Lavender tea is delicious and a wonderful afternoon pick me up on these colder fall days. (Karis, I still use the lovely "L" cup you gave me and think of you everytime)!
The other thing I love is that Rishi is made in Milwaukee! I enjoy supporting local companies.
